The 2026 Olof B. Widlund Prize for Excellence in Domain
Decomposition Methods
will be awarded at DD30 in Bogotá, Colombia
in December 2026. Nominations for this major prize for an
established scientist in the field are being sought.
This prize can
be awarded for advances in the theory, algorithmic innovation,
scalable implementation, or application of domain decomposition
methods,
service to the domain decomposition community, or any
combination thereof.

The deadline for nominations is April 15,

The Euro-American Consortium for Promotion of the Application of
Mathematics in Technical and Natural Sciences is pleased to announce
its Eighteenth Conference AMiTaNS'26 to be held in the Bulgarian Black
Sea resort of Albena. The conference will be scheduled in plenary and
keynote lectures followed by special and contributed sessions. The
accents of the conference will be on Mathematical Physics, Solitons
and Transport Processes, Numerical Methods and Scientific Computing,
Continuum Mechanics, Applied Analysis, Biomathematics, Applications of
E-learning and Machine Learing in Technical and Natural Sciences, AI -
Present and Future, which can be complemented by some specific topics
in contributed special sessions.

Everybody who is interested in attending AMiTaNS'26 please prepare a
short abstract within 300 words clearly stating the goal, tools, fill
out the online Application form. The formal deadline for submissions
is March 31, 2026.

We are pleased to announce that the 10th European Seminar on Computing
(ESCO 2026) will take place on June 1-4, 2026, at Hotel Central in
Pilsen, Czech Republic. ESCO 2026 is an interdisciplinary
international conference that promotes modern technologies and
practices in scientific computing and visualization, and strengthens
the interaction between researchers and practitioners across
computational engineering, sciences, and education. The conference
will be held in person, with online participation also available.
Abstract submission deadline: February 15, 2026.
